I am an emotionally focused (EFT)-trained therapist who is passionate about helping young adults navigate the unfamiliar roads of life transitions. I have years of experience helping individuals across the U.S. and Europe navigate these concerns. I recognize the complexities of the modern-day and the tensions that can arise when trying to make sense of things. And as an ethnic minority myself, I appreciate and welcome the unique values, perspectives, and experiences that you bring with you. Together, we explore where you are now, tend to the "wounds" you've carried with you, and practice leaning into the strengths you have internally and around you. I am with you along the way, no matter how fast or slow you want to go. You can become encouraged, empowered, and equipped to traverse whatever obstacles you may face.
