At Mark Payne Homes, we not only build quality homes and develop innovative communities, but we are also in the business of helping our homeowners, employees and subcontractors achieve their dreams and goals. Since being established in 1987, Mark Payne Homes has built over 650 new homes in the Midland, Texas area. Along the way we have built a team of employees, subcontractors and supply companies that share our values; many of which have been with us for more than twenty years. We treat our team with integrity and assist them in achieving their personal and professional goals, while providing a working atmosphere that is pleasant, challenging and rewarding. Working together as a team, we design and build homes that function to their full potential; minimizing wasted space, maximizing energy efficiency, using workmanship and materials that will stand the test of time. Your homes value is not only established by the quality of its construction, but also by the value of the homes surrounding it. Knowing this, we began developing communities in 2001 and since then we have developed in 6 unique subdivisions in Midland, Texas. Our goal in developing each addition is to create a variety of quality homes that complement each other and that are designed and built to maintain their value over time; homes and neighborhoods that set a standard for the real estate market in Midland. Two of our current communities, Woodland Park and Heritage Oaks, feature a swimming pool, separate kid’s splash pool, and a neighborhood clubhouse.
