About Marmi Limited

Marmi has been established since 1992. We specialise in the design, supply and installation of high quality internal stonework. To compliment this, we undertake associated works such as ceramic tiling, terrazzo, screed and underfloor heating when these are combined with a stonework package. With our friendly approach, we undertake a wide variety of projects ranging from £50k to £5m in value. We have office and factory facilities in Maldon, Essex and our work is typically within central London, although for regular clients we will undertake work further afield and have successfully completed projects in Edinburgh, Brighton & Oxford. We procure materials directly from the source and have long-term relationships with suppliers in France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany; as well as within the UK for materials such as Portland Stone, Purbeck marble/limestone and Burlington slate. This enables us to import both pre-cut material & slabs for processing in our factory in Maldon. Our current turnover is £5m and we are looking to maintain this with a range of high quality clients, with whom we have forged relationships with over the years. Our current clients include: - Sir Robert McAlpine - Mace - Vinci Construction - Kier London - Wates - Barratt London - Berkeley Group - Byrne Group - John Sisk and Sons - DE Group - Ellmer The Directors maintain control of each project and aim to provide a highly flexible, specialised approach to each project which results in work that is technically correct, aesthetically pleasing and snag free. Marmi is a member of the Stone Federation and takes an active role in updating the working practices of the industry. We are accredited to ISO 14001:2015 and actively try to limit our effect on the environment. We also hold Achilles accreditation, with all management either SMSTS or SSSTS trained.
