Marquis Finance was established in 2019 by a small group of individuals with extensive collective experience in the vehicle finance sector. The business was borne out of the challenges facing the industry and the apparent difficulty in addressing them. The Marquis team has identified inefficiencies in the car financing journey and blockages to a seamless customer buying experience as the opportunity to enter the market They view the misaligned strategies and outcomes between dealers, manufacturers and finance houses as an opportunity to deliver a new approach. Marquis Finance aims to resolve much of this stakeholder disconnect and to deliver a better and more efficient solution for the sales channel and for its customers. Technology will drive Marquis Finance’s differentiation in the market, releasing margin to better reward both the sales channel and the end customer. Marquis is not aiming to be ‘all things to all people’, but dealers and customers, who embrace a digital experience and interface, will benefit from the Marquis Finance offering. Marquis Finance is committed to a low-cost model – no large technology infrastructures, no expensive distribution network, no unwieldy support service centres, no fancy buildings and no excessive entertainment. This low tolerance for non-essential expenditure will allow for further value to be passed on to our dealer and retail customers. Marquis aims to assist dealers to sell cars more efficiently, and to service its customers more effectively, largely through the application of digital capabilities. We are excited to begin our journey to service the vehicle finance industry, to delight our partners and to deliver superior value to our customers!
