Based across the region at strategic locations the team enables cost efficient project management within region experience. Collectively having more than 150 years of combined experience within Marriott with 12 different cultures & languages. The five Project Directors have ownership of the projects from inception to handover to IT Operations. I process which can take multiple years or a few months, based on the contract timelines and development needs. The Our IT Project Manager team of technical experts are our specialists in keeping abreast & being able to implement the latest technology during the final implementation phase. They coordinate the onsite installation & implementation of all hotel related systems.
