About MARSCare
MARSCare was founded in 1984 by Gerald Szucs, Ph.D. Dr. Szucs is a past Assistant Secretary of Health, Office of the Secretary, H.E.W. in Washington D.C. The original Company was known as Mid Atlantic Rehabilitation Services—hence the acronym, MARS. MARS started as a staffing agency for Physical and Occupational Therapists. Over the years, Dr. Szucs expanded MARS to include three distinct programs. While all three of these programs were successful in their own right, today MARSCare is proud to have reaped the benefits of our ongoing commitment to patient care. Today, we celebrate the fact that we have come full circle….. we are now a FAMILY OF HEALTHCARE COMPANIES, dedicated to being At Home With Our Families. We provide comprehensive care that includes not only nursing, but attention to the multiple and complex needs of our families in crisis!
