Following an inspirational visit to Kingston, Jamaica, Carlton Brown had a dream: to create a range of fine Jamaican foods and drinks that truly represented the Jamaica he knows and the culture he grew up in. And so Marshall & Brown was born. Mama Brown rum cakes and punches, The Jerk House range of Jamaican sauces, and Marshall and Brown artisan chocolates, all reflect the best of Jamaica's rich culinary culture.
