About Marshall Consulting

I started my career as a math and physics teacher, spending 8 years teaching in classrooms and delivering professional development workshops for teachers. I decided I wanted to seek a career outside of education and train in Project Management. I spent over 15 years as a project manager, obtaining my CAPM in 2009 and my PMP in 2013. During those years I led IT, hardware, software, and enterprise system projects and served as a people leader. Leading high-performing teams encouraged me to become certified as an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner. At heart, I’ve continued to be a teacher. My current mission in life is to weave my positive psychology knowledge with project management best practice, providing business leaders and project professionals with the knowledge and skills to support their own well-being and help their teams thrive, resulting in happier people and more successful business outcomes.
