Marshall & Moran, LLC (M&M) was formed in 1963. The principal activity of the company is real estate property management. M&M is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations. M&M manages residential properties for cooperatives, condominium associations, financial institutions, government agencies, the New Jersey Superior Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, non profit agencies, and private investors. It is also a licensed real estate broker and manager in NJ of commercial properties for, office buildings, strip malls, hospitals and private investors. An effective manager must work in partnership with the Board, set operating targets and achieve maximum long term stabilization and cash flow for the Association. This requires attention to detail: providing prompt, courteous, and responsive service to residents. Detailed property inspections are regularly conducted (See “Inspection Work Sheet” enclosed). Financial information, are assembled in a computerized management data base. Reports are prompt, accurate, detailed, informative and meet the latest industry standards. The measure of good management is a working partnership with the Board of Directors which results in improved operations, financial stability, and resident satisfaction.
