We believe that a proactive approach to tax and business development is essential when dealing with small and medium sized owner operated businesses. Bespoke Service During our initial meetings with you, we will listen to your thoughts, ideas and future development plans. This will enable us to build a business profile based on your current needs and future aspirations and offer you a number of service options tailored specifically to complement and develop your line of business. We will come to you if that is your preference at no additional cost and with no travel costs. Fixed Fees Our unique fee structure is fixed in advance and menu driven for the vast majority of our work, so you know from the outset what the cost will be. We do not run a 'timesheet' on our work unless it is a specialist project or an HMRC enquiry. You can pay monthly or annually for compliance work. We charge what we believe to be the right price for our services to enable us to give a proactive, accurate service and employ the best team. We are not the cheapest firm, but we are no means the most expensive. Free incidental advice and support Whatever type of service you or your business requires you will receive free incidental advice and support during office hours. Only if you ask us to perform work beyond the phone call may this incur fees, and in this event we will always advice you in advance. You will never receive an unexpected bill from us. Fixed timescale on Accounts completion Normally this time frame is between 4 – 8 weeks.
