When zinc roofer William James Marston set up shop in Fulham in 1895, he was putting down roots for a family-run business that would go from strength to strength over the following century and beyond. Marston Properties is a privately owned London property company that develops and lets residential and commercial property in the capital. Now in its fourth generation of family involvement we provide residential accommodation and commercial premises. We don't need to consult an agent or landlord - all of the flats and offices available to rent are our own. There are no letting agents fees or third parties involved when you rent from us. Property Development - Marston have been building in London since 1895, with a strong, but not exclusive focus on the South West Boroughs. We have ongoing requirements for development and investment opportunities throughout London, either to be built and retained for letting within the existing portfolio - or sold in the open market.
