Martek was born in 1974, with Robert Anzalone’s vision to supply light bulbs that lasted longer than the common incandescents on the market. He started designing and producing neon bulbs that did just that for the elevator industry. Now 50 years later, we have the same mission through our distribution of LEDs. Over the next several decades, Martek grew to become a leader as a light bulb distribution company and a specialized manufacturer. While we are often known as the company who can source the hard-to-find bulbs (yes, we can supply virtually any bulb under the sun), we offer so much more.
