About Martell Electric
Our Mission: Martell Electric is dedicated to providing superior customer service and maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and safety while maximizing value for our customers. Our History: Martell Electric was owned by MISCOR Group until February 3, 2010, at which time they were purchased by John and Bonnie Martell. The business is majority women owned, but do not yet have State and Federal WBE status. Martell Electric was originally formed with a construction and service group in December of 2001, but did not begin operations until July 2003 because of a non compete agreement. In November 2004, Martell Electric acquired the assets of Thompson Electric in Elkhart, IN. In November 2008, the traffic and telecom group were formed at Martell Electric. SAFETY: At Martell Electric, safety is our number one priority. Our culture both within the office and out in the field is “Think Safety First.” We are proud of our safety program, our safety record and our emphasis on safety.
