Through more strategic acquisitions, Hurley cemented its foothold in the Ontario market with the merger of Martin Building Maintenance in 1992. Since then, MBM has evolved into an industry leader in commercial property maintenance, educational facilities and manufacturing facilities services in the growing southwestern Ontario market strategically located between the Greater Toronto Area and the Detroit-Windsor border home to North America’s key automotive market. For the past 10 years, Martin Building Maintenance has seized opportunities to expand its services to its manufacturing clients. From landscaping and mould removal to fleet maintenance and general repairs, Martin has provided additional services and managed subcontractors now offering fully integrated services.
