Today, Martin Mechanical Inc. continues its mechanical contracting history. As the previous owner of 30 years, Mr. Kafka, passed the baton to three excellent, former employees, with a combined 89 years of experience. Jim Rogers, Kirt Lawrence and Chuck Paszkiewicz bring a variety of field experience, along with marketing, service management, and project management experience to Martin Mechanical Inc.. Their insight and experience are now brought to bear on a broad range of projects, working directly with engineers, manufacturers, and with the owner/customer. The knowledge and hard work of the owners has been encouraged and instilled in each employee at Martin Mechanical. The owners and employees alike have dedicated themselves, building their craft and continuing education at the Kansas City Local 533 union hall as well with outside vendors, to make the Martin staff the most knowledgeable and effective team in the Kansas/Missouri area. Finally, and perhaps most important, the 83-year history of Martin Mechanical Inc. is built upon values, Faith, empowering of others, sacrifice, honesty and commitment.
