Founded in 1983, MARTIN ROGERS provides a single source for mechanical and electrical systems design, with a particular depth of experience in commercial, higher education, and healthcare projects. Focused on the future, we have embraced emerging innovations in the industry, such as LEED/sustainable design, Building Information Modeling (REVIT), and building energy modeling. Our core values - reliability, organization, and efficiency - have been a focus of our firm since its inception. Design services Include those required for fully functional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, always with a focus on sustainability and energy management. With 26 full time employees, we are strategically sized with the ability to complete major projects while maintaining the personal involvement of our principals. MARTIN ROGERS currently employs engineers with registered licenses in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Ohio, and Virginia as well as staff holding LEEP AP and CIPE credentials. We are strategically sized to allow the personal involvement of our principals—Randall Levine, PE; John Kuderka, PE; and Michael Mills, PE—on all projects, from single room renovations to multi million dollar renovations and new construction. MARTIN ROGERS embraces the inclusion of professionals both on its staff and on their projects and actively recruits diverse and under-represented individuals to the firm.
