Martin Thomas Associates is a consultancy practice providing mechanical, electrical, public health and sustainable engineering for a wide range of private and public sector clients covering historic, listed, educational, institutional, commercial, residential and ecclesiastical buildings. Historic Listed Building Consultants The Practice was established in 1998 and has secured work with many respected clients on high profile buildings and their environs. The success of the practice is confirmed by securing repeat business from existing clients and by recommendation from respected professionals. The Directors, Associates and staff at MTA are qualified and experienced in their relevant disciplines and have been involved in integrating building services into all manner of buildings, both historic and modern. Modern building services design involves a multitude of different engineering skills and MTA has experts in all the disciplines needed to design today’s complex buildings. We work closely with other members of the project team in order to achieve the high degree of integration and coordination essential to facilitate the construction process. Our aim is to design energy efficient integrated building services which take into account the functional requirements of the building and the need to incorporate sustainability options with systems that provide ease of use and maintainability for the end user.
