Martindale Brightwood Community Development Corporation (MBDCD) along with other neighborhood-based organizations and residents make up the Martindale-Brightwood OneVoice umbrella, and we support transformation through our vision and Quality of Life plan for a healthy, evolving, and flourishing community. In accordance with our Martindale Brightwood community Quality of Life Plan MBCDC has developed, enhanced, and delivered programs to address the problems of economic disinvestment, unemployment, crime, community tensions and the shortage of quality affordable housing.
