Since 1955, we have been cultivating, selecting, and processing cereals and legumes from controlled supply chains, free from gluten and allergens. Our mission is to promote a better food future, respecting people and the environment, by developing high-quality, inclusive, and sustainable ingredients and products made from allergen-free and non-GMO raw materials, designed to meet the evolving needs of the market. For the food industry, we offer flours, semi-finished products, functional and clean label ingredients for pasta, snacks, and baked goods, as well as plant-based proteins (both concentrated and textured) and tailor-made plant-based solutions developed in collaboration with our clients to meet any need. We serve the retail channel through our brands: BEAMY, offering plant-based mixes made from legumes, gluten-free, soy-free, and allergen-free, rich in protein and fiber, ideal as simple-to-prepare, clean-label alternatives to meat and eggs; GOODLY, with gluten-free oats and granola and new natural protein powders; MR.BEANS, featuring savory snacks, sweet bars, and spreads, all rich in protein and made from Italian legumes sourced from our own supply chains, designed for a new way of enjoying legumes; and MAIS CORVINO, an exclusive variety of black corn offered as flour for bakeries, labs, and restaurants, and in finished products such as pasta, cookies, snacks, and beer, all strictly gluten-free. Finally, through the MartinoRossi Professional line, we serve the Ho.Re.Ca. channel with legume flours, gluten-free mixes, and plant-based preparations designed for modern foodservice.
