Davide Marcianó, creator of Martzi Eyewear, is a boutique sunglasses designer from Melbourne. He's bringing one of a kind wooden and other materials sunglasses to the fashion scene. Tired with the current sunglasses trends, Martzi Eyewear wants to pave a way forward for sunglasses design, bringing the independent Melbourne sunglasses label not only to Australia but to the rest of the world. Each pair of sunglasses is produced in limited numbers ensuring their uniqueness. Handmade from natural resources no two pairs are exactly the same. Sometimes inspiration comes from where you least expect. In Davide’s case the initial inspiration creating the wooden range of sunglasses came from his passion for music, building and then playing his first classical guitar. By helping his father with the wood restoration of antique preloved musical instruments, he has developed a sense of symmetry and style. This skill and passion is the foundation of what makes Martzi Eyewear stand out from the current sunglasses trends. Go against the grain, dare to be different.
