Marvin Sysems & Services developes, markets and supports proprietary web based Sofware as a Service ("SaaS") applications for client companies. Marvin's first Saas product is TreasurePro: Trade Reporting, Analysis, Support & Reconciliation for Producing Brokers. TreasurePro is a dynamic, internet accessible database application. It is intended to comprehensively fulfill the transaction reporting and support needs of FINRA & NYSE member broker dealer organizations employing producing Registered Representatives (RRs), specifically those who run their own institutional trading businesses, either on an “upstairs” trading desk or the floor of the Exchange. In addition to its bread and butter reporting functions, the Treasure Pro application is intended to improve information flow within Client organizations, facilitating: • Checks and Balances – with better intradepartmental access to key operational information, errors and/or omissions can be spotted and fixed before they become costly problems. • Transparency – timely, open access to information promotes trust within the Client organization. • Focus – better measurements breed better business unit performance. TreasurePro provides T+1 online access to trade activity from multiple venues, including the NYSE post-trade Merged Order Log (MOL) files and other order management system (OMS) sources unique to each client. Daily trade source files are merged, and then updated with client account information and commission schedules. The result is a selection of organization level and RR level reports measuring and analyzing consolidated activity from all venues available to the Client organization.
