With 30 years’ experience in leadership, talent, and M&A, I help make deals faster, less risky, and more profitable. As a consultant and coach, I specialise in the people side of buying, scaling, and selling businesses. My clients include ambitious founders, CEOs, boards and investors who know that overlooking the people side of a deal introduces a level of risk most deals can’t absorb. I also work as an executive and succession coach, partnering with aspiring, interim, and established executives to lift capability, accelerate leadership, and prepare for what’s next. I’ve coached leaders across tech, pharma, FMCG, professional services, aviation, and more, across the world. Prior to establishing my own practice, I held global corporate talent roles operating in many countries.
