Key Programmes and Initiatives 1. Vanguard Fellowship • A flagship programme that nurtures young and female entrepreneurs with innovative and scalable solutions to local challenges. Fellows undergo a rigorous two-week Ignite Bootcamp, followed by mentorship and a $5,000 seed grant for the top 20 participants. 2. Aspire Scholarship • Providing academic and vocational opportunities for children and young people who have lost one or both parents, helping them build sustainable futures. 3. Advocacy • Driving policy change and influencing business practices to prioritise human capital development, equality, and sustainable economic growth. 4. Outreach • Engaging directly with communities to deliver resources and foster sustainable local networks for growth and empowerment.
