The Maryland Aerospace Alliance strives to advocate Maryland as the premier location for aerospace talent, resources and opportunity. As an advocacy alliance we commit to the four following goals: 1. Industry Needs and Business Facilitation: MAA is committed to addressing the needs of the aerospace industry by making it easier for both large and small businesses to operate in Maryland. This includes advocating for policies that support business growth and creating an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration. MAA promotes Maryland State assets - facilities, capabilities, workforce - across all interested public and private sector entities. 2. Advocacy and Legislative Engagement: MAA takes an active role in the legislative environment at both the state and federal levels. The organization highlights the aerospace industry’s needs to policymakers, driving investment and support for the sector across Maryland. This proactive advocacy ensures that the industry’s interests are well-represented and that necessary resources and support are secured. 3.
