The Governor's Workforce Development Board (GWDB) serves as the Governor's chief strategy and policy-making body for workforce development. The GWDB is a business-led board whose membership also includes the governor, cabinet secretaries, the state superintendent of schools, state and local elected officials, labor organizations, community college leaders, local workforce development board leaders, and representatives of community-based non-profit organizations.
