Maryland HealthCare is a new and unique facility. Located in the picturesque Castlereagh Hills; a tranquil, rural environment which is conducive to the provision of excellence in caring for dementia. Our specialist healthcare centre offers the full spectrum of 24-hour nursing care for the needs of vulnerable adults living with Dementia, a Learning or Physical Disability. The innovative new model of service provides the highest quality and standards of person centred care for patients. Whatever you need now or in the future we have the expertise and right people to provide it. Maryland is an elegant purpose-built property offering 84 spacious en-suite private rooms in four suites of twenty rooms. Each suite of rooms also has large assisted bathing facilities. The layout and relaxed homely atmosphere encourages patients to enjoy the facility whilst recognising their rights, privacy, dignity, choice, individuality and independence in a secure and friendly community environment. All rooms are tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Set within the most beautiful natural enclosure, which will include therapeutic gardens, sensory gardens, secure gardens, orchard, soft fruit area, allotments, kitchen garden, contemplation garden, livestock meadow and wildlife supporting flora meticulously tended by our gardening team.
