For the last decade, we have been at the forefront of helping Local Authorities and Housing Associations maintain their housing assets and ensure that they comply with the requirements of the Decent Homes Standard "Warm, Dry, and Safe works." During this period we have undertaken major internal, external and conversion works on over 23,000 homes, the majority of these undertaken whilst residents remain in occupation. As well as our Planned Decent Home works we also specialise in Responsive Maintenance and Repairs, Eco-refurbishments, Extensions, Conversions, De-Conversions, New Builds, Joinery Production, Electrical and Heating and Gas. Our main clients include, leading Local Authorities, Housing Associations, private sector clients and principle contractors across London and the South East, whom we have long standing business relationships with.
