Over the past 2 years, we’ve built MassArbCon into more than just a conference. We’ve created a community that celebrates diversity, fosters inclusion, and upholds civility in the legal industry. Mass arbitration, blending technology and legal expertise, offers unique opportunities for diverse legal professionals. Yet, we acknowledge the barriers that still exist, hindering the growth of many talented individuals. At MassArbCon, our mission is to equip every attorney and law firm, regardless of background or experience, with innovative tools and strategies and empower them to not just meet but exceed their client’s expectations. Our goal is to celebrate exceptional abilities, encourage inclusivity, and nurture creativity in law. With that in mind, we encourage you to bring your junior team members, diverse partners or employees, and other individuals who may have yet to be invited to this conference but would benefit greatly from learning and networking.
