The MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board (MHHCWB), Inc., is a private non-profit organization that plans, coordinates and oversees the growth and effective use of public and private investment in workforce development initiatives. We are the designated workforce development board for Hampden County under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
