A Dining Experience, Inspired By Emilia-Romagna In Italy there are Roman restaurants, Tuscan restaurants, Sicilian restaurants... but the only place you find an 'Italian restaurant' is abroad. So, like the best chefs in Italy, we are inspired by on one region famous for exceptional food: Emilia-Romagna. It’s the ‘belly of Italy’. Home of prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham), ‘parmigiano reggiano’ (Parmesan cheese), the unforgettable ragù alla Bolognese and heaped plates of ‘fritti’ (lightly fried fish) from Rimini. Of course, we wanted to bring the best of the cuisine from this region. And because the dishes from Emilia-Romagna are so dependent on the quality of their ingredients, that meant finding the best producers. But we also wanted to bring the atmosphere with us. The relaxed feeling of a restaurant where the menu doesn't need to be explained, because we already know how great a real parmigiano, prosciutto and gelato can be.
