About Mast Ventures

Mast Ventures is a management advisory and execution services firm based in NY that works with entrepreneurs and operating executives near and afar to help launch and accelerate the growth of their businesses. We help with both planning and execution and provide our services through a combination of advisory, embedded leadership and operational support. We just don’t throw ideas over the wall but can help with execution as well. Think of us as an extension of your team but on a fractional, outsourced basis. We have numerous relationships that can potentially be helpful and we look to align your business with the right partners and resources in order to help you get maximum traction. Most importantly, we aim to be highly successful in our efforts and look to highly impact your business in a favorable manner. We will work with any stage business and are industry agnostic, though we have a breadth of experience in start-ups and early stage businesses, particularly in the technology space. We can also help companies outside of the US with their go-to-market strategy, launch and operations here. We can take on short-term assignments and long-term engagements. We typically work on a retainer + success fee basis in order to better align our interests with your company, share in some of the risks yet share in the value creation.
