Il forme des juristes de haut niveau préparés à une insertion professionnelle rapide dans le contexte de la globalisation des affaires et de l’élargissement de l’Union européenne. Différentes matières sont abordées de manière pratique par des universitaires mais également par des professionnels de haut niveau à travers divers séminaires et conférences en anglais. Ces intervenants sont également impliqués dans la préparation des différents concours (internationaux) d'arbitrage et de médiation auxquels les étudiants du master participent chaque année. _______________ The Master 2 International and European Business Lawyer (JAIE), jointly managed by Professor Olivier CACHARD and Mrs. Anette GANZER, welcomes students who wish to specialize in international business law. It trains high-level lawyers prepared for rapid professional integration in the context of the globalisation of business and the enlargement of the European Union. Different subjects are covered in a practical way by academics but also by high-level professionals through various seminars and conferences in english. These speakers are also involved in the preparation of the various (international) arbitration and mediation competitions in which the master students participate each year.
