Conversion of Foams, Foils, Felts for Automotive and Industry The Masterfoam Group founded in 1964 has solved challenges around the production and manufacturing of flexible foams and fleece materials for years. Ranging from the automotive sector via seal and noise protection solutions to cushion packaging: soft foams, cell rubbers, foils and fleece materials converted by Masterfoam are applied in almost any sector today. More then 160 employees, 4 production plants (Netherlands/Romania/Mexico/Spain) as well as a Sales office in Germany come up to the utmost expectations: almost any flexible material can be manufactured in form of die-cutting, waterjet - or CNC cutting, milling, drilling, gluing, coating, sewing, UV welding, printing or molding. Not only a modern machinery but also a team of experts experienced in the manufacturing of flexible materials grant to find the ideal technical solution for any kind of application. We pursue the goal to achieve a maximum of quality in all our departments within the Masterfoam company– an ambition reflected by the certification according to ISO standards 9001, 14001 and IATF 16 949 for all production plants.
