Established in 1999, Masters Properties, Inc. is owned and operated by Jon Potter. Jon, a licensed unlimited general contractor, has over 30 years of industry related experience. This knowledge of the industry has allowed Jon to establish and maintain relationships with superior subcontractors and remain up-to-date with the latest building products and techniques. After many successful years as a painting contractor and seeing first hand inferior home construction, Jon became partners with a local architect and licensed general contractor. Together, they began building homes with the goal of producing custom built homes with trusted contractors and high-end quality materials for prospective homeowners in search of affordable luxury. Now, Jon builds homes in markets all over central North Carolina, remaining consistently involved in the day-to-day business. This devotion to excellence sets him apart in today’s “cookie cutter” home market. Masters Properties specializes in meeting each individual customers needs.
