Mastertechs offers an affordable alternative to primarily Volkswagen/Audi customers, away from the ever increasing cost of the main dealer network. After spending fifteen years working for Whites Ltd in Wimbledon we started Mastertechs in September 2004. Whilst working in the dealer network i became very aware of customer feedback positive and negative, and took these on board whilst creating the business model that is Mastertechs. Currently we have three branches, two located in Morden and one in Chessington, between all three branches we can offer every aspect of vehicle repair and servicing that you may require at a much more affordable price than that of main dealers All our technicians are Audi/Volkswagen trained and between us have over forty years experience. We also offer a more personal experience when you visit us, with customers having one point of contact during their visit to us, our customers feel that this rather than dealing with several different people is of benefit to both parties. We only use genuine manufacturer parts to ensure all warranties are valid, with customers making full use of the block exemption law, which allows them to come away from the main dealer network within the warranty period for their vehicles
