About MASTERWATT
Masterwatt is specialized in the production of electric heaters for industrial use. Our main production is based on band heaters and packages for injection moulding machines. The division related to armoured heaters is able to produce FLANGED HEATERS, ELECTRICAL EXCHANGERS, BATH HEATER, ALUMINIUM HEATERS, PACKAGES, and SKID with INSTRUMENTATION and CONTROL PANELS. Our company is working in this sector since 30 years and now we have reached a leader position on the Italian market. Masterwatt provides both preliminary and constructive design which fulfil the applicable European specifications. The design of flange-mounted heaters, heat exchangers and air heating assemblies is made by our Technical Department using a thermodynamic analysis software which allows to perform a verification of the product performances. The results of the calculation are provided to the customer already as part of the offer. Core business is based on the high level of certification, heatersare suitable to operate in a potentially explosive environment. The main certification are: ATEX/EExd IIB and IIC; IEC ex, PED, ASME; RINA, GOST-R; INMETRO; "U" STAMP; UL
