About Mat Taylor Industries Pty
Mat Taylor Industries was established in 1978 by Mark Taylor, with the object of manufacturing components, mainly for the Gold Mining Industry. In 1980 Mike Freeman purchased the company and gradually changed the company focus towards the Coal Mining Industry, Robin Duggan and Denis Panaino then purchased the company in 1993 until Robin Duggan retired in 2007 and sold his 50% to Mike Perkins. Mat Taylor Industries manufactures components for O.E.M. in the Coal mining and Earth moving sectors, we specializes in the manufacture of off-highway prop shafts, drive shafts, universals, tie rod ends, sockets, drag links, flame proof cable glands, flame proof boxes and general engineering. We hold a South African patent for our heavy duty tie rod ends / sockets and have a proven track record in one of the harshest environments in the world under ground in a South African Coal Mine. It is in fact the willingness and capability of Mat Taylor Industries to develop and produce items to suit manufactures individual and often specialized requirements, that has enabled us to carve a nitch it presently occupies in the engineering manufacturing field. Mat Taylor Industries have also recently become a Flame proof accredited company, so thereby adding to our area of expertise. We have the latest CNC equipment, CAD/CAM Software at our disposal and it is backed up with our loyal, honest, hard working staff compliment As a company we are passionate about on time delivery and the quality side of our business and have recently won the Joy Global Premier Supplier Award.
