About Matanuska

We are the largest producer, distributor and exporter of bananas in Zimbabwe. We also produce summer flowers, apples and avocados for regional and international markets. We have been operating for over 50-years’ with a long term approach to our business, our people and our various stakeholders that is rooted in integrity. We operate farms in Burma Valley (bananas and avocados), Nyanga (flowers and apples), Chipinge (bananas)and Middle-Sabi (bananas). We have an extensive Zimbabwe distribution network incorporating ripening centres in Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare and a network of delivery routes. Sales in South Africa and internationally are arranged through a Johannesburg representative office. We do the majority of our own transportation. We are growing and developing our business with expansion in all areas of our operations.
