In the last quarter, Matar managed to sell apartments at 7-11% above their competitors and market value. We do this by expanding the clientele network far beyond the generically supplied leads from the advertising agencies: - By maintaining a database of investors both nationwide and internationally. - By using our expertise in digital marketing on top of the standard advertising budget creating powerful activity in the digital network. There are lots of gray areas in the digital arena that advertising agencies today do not know how to find. Mostly because they are not for sale! Our team has extensive ability to create an organic (and in some cases viral) presence online in addition to their professional sales abilities. Matar is not a standard marketing company that sells floor plans. We understand building and execution plans – an advantage which results in high conversion rates and a minimum number of meetings to close the deal. There is no unnecessary ping-pong between us and our contractors as we know how to represent them in all matters and therefore streamline the client to signature. We do not employ realtors - we train talented people and build their project marketing skills from scratch.
