About Material Concepts

Material Concepts provides Roll Goods Consumables for the Cut & Sew Industry, DuPont™ Tyvek® for printing and packaging, and Toll Converting services. From our 72,000- square foot facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we convert Roll Goods under an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System first certified in 2021, and we follow the regulations and safety requirements set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Our customers in the Cut & Sew Industry use automated cutting systems as well as traditional manual cutting techniques to make everything from apparel to furniture and home goods, to seating and other sewn products for automotive, marine, and aerospace. Since 1999 we have been converting and distributing DuPont™ Tyvek®. Today, we distribute over 20 styles of Tyvek®. Our customers print on and package with Tyvek®, as well as manufacture products that leverage the strength and durability of Tyvek®. We are Toll Converters who partner with companies to convert their materials to specification and offer warehousing and fulfillment. We also help customers salvage damaged or dirty rolls. With over 100 combined years of paper and non-wovens converting experience, Material Concepts is an industry leader with a focus on Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
