To help you find what you want to do in the world through your experience of becoming a mother (Matrescence). Leverage this transformational experience that motherhood is to lead yourself to your fullest potential. Motherhood is leadership. Leaders are those who influence. Influencing others through taking ownership over your own influence. In this context, ‘leader’ is not a role, but a consequence of behavior. It is crystal clear that we as mothers, at the minimum, influence our children, and thus, we are leaders. Whether she chooses to lead her family from her home, lead her own company, lead a big corporation as an appointed leader, or be the informal leader of a neighborhood community, a social cause, a movement. It is all valuable, it is all needed. Based on the foundation of adult development theory, fledged together with the unique and deeply transforming rite of passage that is matresence (becoming a mother), and integrated with a proven, science-based habit-rewiring training, this program is created to support woman with a deep understanding of their transition. So that you can unearth from within what you want to be in the world, what you want to do, and live from that fullest potential. I envision a world where all woman that became mothers will be supported through her unique experience, so that her innate wisdom to lead herself, her children, her community and the world can evolve, and she can lead from the fullest of her potential
