About Math Transformations
Who Are We? Math Transformations is working to provide every student with an inspiring, high quality math education so they can pursue opportunities across a multitude of fields and industries. Founded in 2016, we are a fast-growing San Diego-based K-12 math education company, supporting schools and districts across the nation to reshape the way students learn math. We provide professional learning for teachers and administrators as well as strategic consulting to transform large systems. We are in the process of building an innovative web-based adaptive math assessment that analyzes students' mathematical thinking through an asset-based lens. We are a small, diverse team of education consultants who are inspired to make a difference in the world through mathematics education. We care deeply about building an assessment product that views students through an asset-based lens, positively impacts student outcomes, and empowers teachers & parents. Through our service in both public and independent schools, we work with hundreds of teachers and, in turn, inspire a passion for mathematics in thousands of students. We believe every student is capable of seeing themself as a mathematician and seeing mathematics as a gateway to their future.
