About Mathew Tench Architects
Mathew Tench Architects is a small Architectural Planning Design and Project Management Service based in Aberystwyth, Mid Wales. Our projects include:- • House extensions • Barn conversions • New builds • Housing developments Mathew qualified as Architect back in 1998 and become a member of the RIBA and Registered with the Architects Registration Board. Early in his career Mathew had a grounding in technical detailing working for Estate Care Design in Cardiff as a Technician and Architects assistant where he would assist in the design of medical facilities buildings including Hospitals, Day Care units and labourites. History Mathew attended North London University in 1989 to obtain his BA in Architecture passing with Honours and later qualified from Cardiff University with a BArch pass with Distinction in 1996 Later in 1996 Mathew join the Partnership of Dilwyn Roberts Architects and become a director in 2002. As lead Architect on many projects he become a proficient project team leader co-ordinating project design teams to design We provide the full range of architectural services, including design, planning permission, building regulation approval, ecological advice and building contract administration along with cost estimating works. Our Commitment The business was founded by Design Director, and RIBA Qualified Architect Mathew Tench. Mathew has worked in Mid Wales for more than 25 years and possesses a wealth of experience in design, planning and project management. The company approaches every job, regardless of its context, size or scope, as a unique challenge and an exciting opportunity to develop built structures that uniquely fulfill each clients criteria as well as enhance the quality of the built environment. The process starts with listening to our clients, understanding their specific needs and aspirations and then producing design-led solutions which are meticulously tailored to their context and the needs of the end user.
