About Mats Björk expandera

Hello! We educate you who want to live life more fully and also feel that you have more to give to others. My great passion is training groups and coaching individuals in personal mental training, which includes, among others, motivation and performance psychology, stress management, self-image and leadership training. I have done this for over 25 years and it all started through self-experienced examples at a young age when I trained my skills in stress-pressure and motivation to cope with schooling, elite sports and life in general. Over the years, I have inspired individuals and organizations with my experiences and trained in areas such as mental training, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and leadership. My strength lies in seeing and lifting individuals to a higher level of commitment and self-leadership and in packaging knowledge so that it can be used and make a difference immediately in everyday life. With such cross-industry topics, I have had the privilege of being in many different contexts and organizations - usually with a focus on its management. Entrepreneurs, inmates, school students, teachers and everyday people are also groups I work with regularly. For 17 years, I have trained wellness consultants and stress educators in mental training in parallel with coaching young elite athletes from a dozen different sports in reaching the ideal performance state. Since 2013, a major focus for me has been to train in the Diplomad Personal Mental Trainer course, which I founded at the time. Since the start in 2013, I have completed 11 groups where several with personnel responsibilities have developed as people and leaders, new entrepreneurs have been created within personal mental training and new tasks have been added to employees with increased passion and job satisfaction as a result.
