About Matthew 25 Health and Care
Mission of Matthew 25 Health and Care: We are inspired by the Gospel to provide free primary healthcare services to uninsured, low-income residents in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. Matthew 25 is the only full-time safety-net organization in Allen County offering medical, dental, vision and mental health services at no cost to our patients. We serve a 15 county radius and provide over 25,000 visits annually to the most vulnerable in our community. We are a hybrid staff/volunteer health practice model that has over 450 volunteers and a staff of just over 30. Our volunteers are physicians, dentists, nurses, front desk, phone operator, hygienists, and patient assistance processors. Matthew 25 receives no governmental monies. We depend entirely on gifts from individuals, churches, organizations, and corporations — as well as grants from foundations.
