About Matthew Alderman Studios

Matthew Alderman Studios is a sole proprietorship dedicated to classical and traditional design in all its forms, but specializing in ecclesiastical design consulting, church furnishing and liturgical concepts, graphic design and hand-drawn illustrations and publication design in both the sacred and secular context. We have the capacity to work with architecture firms also interested in adding a classical or traditional feel to sacred, secular, or public building proposals. Our projects range from the substantial, such as aiding in the development of traditional design concepts for a Romanesque-inspired student center in Wisconsin and the design of a forty-foot-high organ-case in the Russian Far East--to the simple and intimate, as represented by our substantial portfolio of illustrations and embellishments for wedding programs, missals, CD albums. We are also interested in secular illustration and design work, the design of vestments, banners, CD covers, logos and heraldry, and are up for just about any sort of design work. Matthew Alderman, our founder, is a noted expert on classical church design and liturgical planning, and frequently writes and lectures on such subjects. He is also available for writing commissions and public speaking engagements. All estimates are free.
