About Matthew Allchurch Architects (MAA)
Formed in 1998, MAA is a SW London based multi disciplinary practice. We work out of The Boathouse Design Studio, Teddington Lock and share our office accommodation with a number of other Design Consultants; Landscape Architects/Masterplanners Outerspace, construction specific Project Managers Synergy Limited, Aborist and Tree Consultants DPA Limited and also independent Architects and Graphic Designers.This formation has led to the Boathouse becoming a cluster network or 'design hub', based in a very attractive location. Thus enabling a very unique opportunity, for both existing and potential new clients, to have a large proportion of their design services incorporated under one roof. MAA's design solutions are contemporary, innovative and sustainable. Our design ethos and focus is meeting the aspirations of our clients, with a realistic view of the achievable in both town planning and commercial terms. We aim to provide quality places for people to live and work, that contribute positively to their ecological setting and, on a wider scale, the built environment. MAA provide a lively, sociable and focussed working atmosphere. We have an enthusiastic and committed team who work in an ecofriendly office and are encouraged by green initiatives. We regularly attend architecturally inspired activities and events. MAA are actively working on building new and dynamic professional relationships within the industry, on both a national and international level.
