Matthews Street Chefs have great attitudes and enthusiasm for cooking delicious food in weird places. We are passionate about food and dedicated to providing you with a discreet, professional service. Great food starts with great ingredients which are thoughtfully sourced. Meat, game, poultry and fish provide part of a balanced diet, and when produced with respect for the animals will inevitably taste far superior to intensively-reared animals. You cannot surprise us, at least we have very good poker faces. If you are a vegan who likes steak, or a paleo-vegan – you will eat delicious food. Our aim is to keep you happy, healthy and energised with a balanced, nutritious diet. Unless you’d rather eat Duck Confit and we can do that too. We work closely with Personal Trainers and Nutritionists to deliver the right menu at the right time. Seasons, weather and ‘I wants’ are all taken into consideration. We appreciate all feedback so we can constantly make sure you are satisfied with what we feed you. Flexible and adaptable to last minute shoot changes, rehearsal weeks, night shoots, 2nd Unit needs, splinter units or on-going shoot schedules – we can deal with anything and we will not leave you hanging. We have our own kitchen trailers (see www.tfkc.co.uk) and our chefs have many years of experience. Matthews Street have a contingency plan for disaster recovery so that if a Chef is suddenly unavailable or a kitchen has been crashed into, you will not notice a thing.
