About Maui Rescue Mission

Maui Rescue Mission exists to provide a new path to new life for those who are homeless, lost or have broken relationships with family or faith in Jesus Christ. We operate a mobile resource center for those in our community who are struggling with homelessness. We provide free laundry service, private hot showers, hygiene and first aid items, clothing, connections to other resources such as food, shelter, medical insurance and medical appointments, detox and rehab, ID replacement, etc. This access to physical, spiritual, and emotional resources provides a support system for struggling Maui families & individuals. We focus on building relationships and trust with our guests, encouraging them towards hope, and providing tangible resources to help them access freedom, independence and a deeper relationship with God. While our guests are waiting for their clothes to be washed and dried, we have an hour of opportunity to build relationships and learn more about their circumstances and needs. It's our vision that those struggling with homelessness on Maui would be more equipped with tangible help and a community of hope as they move towards greater health, independence and confidence.
