With 25+ years of experience in alternative asset management, Maura has worked for premier asset managers and fund of funds. As a leader in modernizing due diligence operations, she improved the effectiveness of and efficiencies from start to finish, identified areas of concern and solutions to mitigate associated risks, and successfully communicates and corrects issues. Maura has advised, developed, and managed institutional ODD programs for global investors. Today, she is providing services to allow smaller firms to access senior experience. Core services are offered to GPs and LPs. GP mandates include ODD readiness and advisory for institutional allocations. LP mandates included customized ODD services which range from document reviews, audit reviews, verification checks, and full ODD services. Specialty due diligence services are available upon request. Current clients include fund of funds, family offices and alternative managers in public and private equities as well as private credit.
